Asemeber, my first recoverings were some pieces of the Great War period artilerry shells. I was diggin them out when I was still living in Gorlice.
But it was a friend of mine, Krzysztof Wielgus who really influenced me in the aviation archeology when one day he showed me in the mountain stream small pieces of aluminium. It were the remainings of the B-24 Liberator California Rocket, which was shot down over the Gorce mountains.
Today, after some years it happen to me to restore such kind od findings, digged out by searchers. It also happen to me to look into different holes when I’m walking through forest or in the mountains .
